It has taken many attempts to get the balance right for sponge based cakes using gluten free ingredients but we have cracked it.
Customer's favourite flavours are: traditional vanilla Victoria with rasoberry jam, chocolate, lemon & ginger and cranberry & white chocolate. The chocomocha minis are always a hit at our coffee mornings and the first to sell at the local street markets.
We are proud to supply cakes and brownies to several local shops and cafes in 2020!
They are, to coin the phrase, 'selling like hot cakes!'
The sky is the limit with cake.
We have adapted many recipes this year and can offer a big selection of sweet treats including, traditional sponge cakes, fruit cake, mini loaf cakes, tray bakes, cupcakes, cakebites, muffins, brownies, blondies, tiffin, battenburg.
We also bake a variety of dessert base essentials such as lady fingers for trifle/tiramisu, waffle cones/rolls for ice-cream and biscuit tray bakes to crumble for cheesecakes, and fruit tarts.
