It has taken many attempts to get the balance right for sponge based cakes using gluten free ingredients but we have cracked it.
Customers favourite flavours are: chocolate, lemon & ginger and cranberry & white chocolate. The chocomocha minis were a hit at a recent coffee morning and the first to sell at the annual Bungay Christmas street market.
They were, to coin the phrase, 'selling like hot cakes!'
